No referral is required to see a physiotherapist privately.

A referral is required for:

  • Medicare EPC (Chronic Disease Management)
  • TAC
  • WorkSafe
  • NDIS (plan-managed or agency-managed)
  • DVA (Gold or White Card)

Yes. In-home physiotherapy for older Australians is one of our core services. We treat mobility issues, falls prevention, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation — all in the comfort of your home. Home Care Package and CHSP funding accepted.

Yes. Vector Physiotherapy works with Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programme clients across eastern Melbourne. Contact your aged care coordinator or call us directly on 0406 451 087 to arrange a referral.

Yes. Medicare EPC (Chronic Disease Management) physiotherapy appointments are available with a valid GP referral.

Medicare rebates apply, and any out-of-pocket costs will be discussed at the time of booking.

Yes. TAC physiotherapy appointments are available for approved claims.

If you have been involved in a transport accident and are unsure about your claim status, please contact us prior to your appointment.

Yes. WorkSafe physiotherapy appointments are available for approved claims.

A valid WorkSafe claim number and medical certificate are required prior to or at your first appointment.

Yes. Physiotherapy services are available for NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Please contact us prior to booking to confirm funding arrangements. We provide service agreements and progress reporting for all NDIS clients.

Yes. Vector Physiotherapy is a registered DVA provider. We treat eligible veterans and war widows holding Gold or White Cards. Home visits are available across eastern Melbourne and claims are processed directly with DVA. Contact us before booking to confirm your eligibility.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being treated. You may be asked to change or adjust clothing during the assessment.

Fees vary depending on appointment type and funding source. A full fee list is available on request or at the time of booking.

Yes. Private health rebates can be claimed through most health funds. The rebate amount depends on your level of cover.
