Cancellation Policy – Vector Physiotherapy
Vector Physiotherapy operates by appointment only and provides individualised care with dedicated appointment times. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, the following cancellation policy applies.
Appointment cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees
- Private appointments:
A fee may be charged for late cancellations or non-attendance. - Medicare EPC appointments:
Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged privately. - TAC, WorkSafe, and DVA appointments:
Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with funding body guidelines. - NDIS appointments:
Cancellation fees may be charged in line with NDIS pricing arrangements where applicable, provided the policy has been shared prior to service commencement.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic in exceptional situations.
Repeated cancellations
Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in limitations on future bookings.
